Please trade this dude and get whatever you can for him. Seems like after Hasaan Rideway went down the run defense took a hit.

Oof
Should have paid Buckner instead of getting cute with Kinlaw.

Hard to trade that which has no value.. you think ppl gonna look at the film and give assets? It's like he's on ice out there.

We may have finally found a player that 100% of the fans agree is absolute trash. Grant Cohn figured this guy out long ago, and that must sting.

There's always a sucker out there for measurables. Dude has 35" arms. I'm sure Baalke is interested.
I'd take a day-3 pick for Kinlaw without hesitation.

I don't think we could even get a 7th rounder. No one would want to pay 5 mil which is what is left on his contract.
I think we would have to trade him and a draft pick just to dump contract.

See how he does in '23, if the knee still hasn't responded, then trade him or release him.

Is his knee responding going to improve his pad level? What about his effort? Will his hands magically improve?
Kinlaw stinks. He's never been good. I've been saying this for years, but the putrid effort he's put on tape this year has made it glaring even to his most loyal apologists. It's a failed pick. The team swung and missed. I don't even hold it against them, but it's time to move on. Kinlaw isn't part of the solution moving forward.

I don't know the answer to that.

I see what you have been saying. I think a large part of his lack of development is due to missing time on the (practice) field, due to his knee injuries. I don't know if his knees will magically get better, but his health is critical in getting practice reps. Him continually getting rest days just to manage his knee is not the path to success.

I agree with THL. And I'll add that I don't think his hands are that bad, it's just he can't generate power with his legs due to the knee injuries and no practice. That being said, I wouldn't mind moving off from him. We certainly need an upgrade a NT next season.

Unfortunately, that might be the answer.
