This is from Larry Krueger who 99.999% of the time does do his homework and I believe this just slipped and he didn't notice (re: Denver game).
I don't think cutting Kinlaw is as crazy as it sounds. They won't save $ but they will gain his roster spot which could be better used on a more impactful DT or possibly somewhere else.

Someone else on twitter said Larry was aware and that they were just referencing in general our need to stop the run, and that Kinlaw hasn't been good at it.
I know Kinlaw has continued to get talked up, but man. I think if they can't trade him, he may very well end up like Jalen Hurd. At some point, you just run out of time to turn it around.
