For a guy that supposedly is good at blocking, he has not displayed that in his limited snaps.

for a guy whos a rookie with no offseason and limited snaps, it's probably a good idea to let him develop

No offseason and limited snaps does not make you forget how to block the man in front of you, which is all thl is saying. He's looked terrible in the blocking aspect, not the play called if that makes sense

They still need playing time to prepare for the NFL. Why do so many O-lineman take time to adjust?

I say we slap a 80's number on McKivitz and send him out there as the 3rd TE. I mean we have no intentions of throwing to Warner anyway and the dudes blocking is not what it was cracked up to be.

Exactly. Teams practice the way they do for the reason. I understand we are only talking about practice, but practice is important.

... and what do you expect from a guy who was turned into a blocking TE at Georgia... he's going to need another season for his number to be dialed during game days... we're doing fine with him, bringing him along slowly..

He's been surprisingly bad. Fully agree.

Woerner made the key block on Juice's 4th and 1 conversion vs. the Rams yesterday.

I noticed him in there on a couple of plays. I didn't see him in the PFF bottom five so that's something.

Good. This dude blew chunks this year.
It Appears George Kittle and Charlie Woerner are in the lab already! Last year Kittle took Justin Skule to train now this year it looks like it's Charlie Woerner!
