but he won't.
Then he doesn't cost SF a dime from the sounds of it being an incentive-laden deal

Jordan Reed struggled with injuries and concussions throughout his six years in the NFL, which is why the #49ers signed him to an incentive-based deal. If he's healthy and stays that way, Reed adds an entirely new dynamic to Shanahan's offense.

concussions is the big issue with him. He can be a solid element in a 12 personnel setup. I wouldn't expect him to get a s**t ton of snaps, similar to Celek.

That's the idea, anyway: #49ers hoping that Kittle/Reed is the latter-day version of Gronkowski/Hernandez. (On the field, of course). https://t.co/3UKZzygFn4

Reed is 30, has a history of concussions, but when healthy - as he is now - he is one of the game's elite tight ends.

I think we only keep 3 true TEs and Kittle speaks highly of Woerner. Dwelley's days might be numbered as the blocking TE, especially if Hurd also plays some TE.

Very Nice, adds tremendous depth and beefs up a possible three tight end offense. An Aiyuk Jet sweep to Trent William's side anyone...

Seahawks: Haha. We got Adams to shut down Kittle.
