What a nightmare it must be to check this guy. And I still think we will see a lot of two TE sets as the year goes on, and that will be a double nightmare.

After seeing him today, I wonder why he wasn't a bigger part of the gameplan last week? I get that we should limit him considering his injury history, but last week was one of those games that we needed to use him with our top two WRs out.
I thought for sure we would be 2 TE heavy against Arizona. After seeing the form Reed is in today, it makes me even more mad that we were not. Easily could have taken advantage of their LBs and put them in a personnel bind

Let still believe and keep the guy safe... don't be thinking he's ready for a full time game.. use him wisely...

People forget he was an elite TE some seasons ago and showed he can still be

I dont understand the idea about using him sparingly because his injury history. Its not a fatigue problem or a rehab issue. Dude is one hit away from being out. Doesnt matter if its in the 1st 2 minutes or the last 2 minutes. Use him and hope for the best

His production was good until Mullens took over at QB. Hopefully he develops chemistry with Mullens quickly.

So true. I was laughing at that same irony as well: Williams, Taylor, Reed, AA, Ward, Tartt, McKinnon, etc. the healthiest players on the field. Welcome to the upside-down 2020.

f**k, I hate that MetLife Stadium turf, how many injuries have to happen before the NFL, and NFLPA do something about it, also that call on Brunskill was bs, he hit his shoulder, and the helmet came off it wasn't even fully on, we wouldn't have lost Reed. Same with if the refs called roughing the passer or illegal late hit on the Jimmy sack that he got hurt on, we'd likely have Bosa and Thomas still.
