How the hell does a knee sprain last 6 to 8 weeks. What is it a high knee sprain?

At least he didn't sprain his brain. That's the really sensitive area for Reed.
No surprise unfortunately. Hopefully Kittle is back.

Yup.
Played more games than Dee Ford and only cost the team a fraction of the salary. Also, at least Reed's injury is legit.

This is true he has avoided having his melon smashed so far.

There was a 3rd & 10 conversion where Mullens fired a rocket into tight man coverage and Reed came down with it. He will be missed big time until Kittle comes back, and even then, this injury is a big hit to the two TE sets.

Yes but....it does show what 2 TE sets can mean if both guys healthy. Man i loved that, just a shame it lasted so precious little time. I look forward to kyle putting that in his plans for next yr. I'd bet anything he makes a go of it this yr, perhaps with Dwelley/George/and our new guy (Woermer? )
Reed will come back in time for the home stretch and it will be just like we made a trade for a difference maker. This team has plenty of weapons and even missing star players like Kittle, or very good players like Samuels our offense is still a bugaboo for any defense to deal with. The only player on offense that we cannot replace as well is Mosert because of his explosive abilities and fear he puts on the opposing defense.
After he twisted his ankle there was no reason to put him back in. Stupid

If we weren't terribly short handed at the time it probably wouldn't have happened that way. Under the circumstances I don't like it but I definitely understand it.
