Yes it is. Believe he was cut after that. Hope he's learned his lesson, but a dude who beat an elderly man gets a job after 3yrs out of the NFL, but Kap, who just kneeled, can't find a job? Seems ridiculous to me.

Case was settled and dropped. Literally no one covered that aspect of it which is weird. Then he got a Domestic charge which he had to do Counseling for a while to complete that charge.

Miller actually wanted to play in the NFL again. Kap does not. That's the difference.
Well that, and Miller didn't lose his job to Blaine Gabbert.

So it ended up to be a civil matter?? not criminal?? las t i heard the family was suing that Hotel and that was in 2018
