Why would you want this mess of a team in the playoffs?
Because making the playoffs is still a hell of a lot better than being a dumb ass team picking in the top 10.

I'd rather be the dumbass team picking in the Top 10 and walking away with a potential franchise QB.

Not with this team. This is the same team that picked Soloman Thomas with a top 10 pick....

Also the same team that picked Nick Bosa, Fred Warner, George Kittle...etc. Shanahan definitely has a type for QB but he also sees what is going on in the NFL and that you need a QB that can also sometime make plays outside the offense when things don't go as they were drawn up.

Seems like Brady v Saints this year is similar to Rodgers v us last year.
Brady stunk it up in both but has been good otherwise.
NFC is so hard to predict right now. Just avoid the opponent you don't match up with at all costs.

Brady on this team and Ninertalk would be demanding he retire before he even gets to the bus.

But I wanted him but I didn't know Brees would be an all time great. I thought he would be a "good game manager"
He was great at Purdue but got knocked because he played in a pretty wide open spread offense, one that looks like a lot of NFL offenses nowadays.
Yes....Joe Tiller's spread prepared him well, and he had an injury in high school that kept him under the radar. Also, you take Purdue to a Rose Bowl, you have to be pretty darn good. Bob Griese is the only other one to do that.
