2020 Suicide Pool

I basically pick against teams early on in suicide leagues. This year I'd take any decent team playing against the Jags or Washington. Save picking the better teams for later in the season.

*Update*

I went with the Bills despite a strong urge right before kickoff to change my pick to the Colts.

Out of the the 33 people in the pool we had 16 players lose week 1(with one player still to pick one of tonight's teams).

1. Colts 9 picks
2. Eagles 3 picks
3. 49ers 2 picks
4. Panthers 1 pick
5. Texans 1 pick

Week 2 gets a little easier with us getting a sample of what some teams might look like out of the gate as each team is handling this awkward start of a season differently. Looking ahead to week 2 the teams/games I have my eye on are as follows:

Chiefs over the Chargers
Ravens over the the Texans
Saints over the Raiders
or dare I say it.......
49ers over the Jets

Now I know these all seem like sure bets but we all know after week 1 that nothing is a sure thing this year. Let me know what you guys think and if there is a lower profile game that you like in an attempt to save one of the better teams for later in the year.

I hate Phillip rivers....that is all

I'm 99% sure the Chiefs are going to win this week but the homer in me would not allow it.

I'm going with the 49ers. Setting myself up to go into a deep dark depression, if I lose out on $680 and the 49ers starting our revenge tour 0-2.

Colts over Jets?
Chargers over Panthers?

There are 7 people still alive out of 35 to start, ya boy being one of them. The "pick the team that plays the Jets" strategy has worked again this week as I took the Dolphins.

If there are any games you feel confident in this coming week please let me know.

Keep in mind I've already picked the Bills, Chiefs, Colts, Ravens, Cardinals and Dolphins and cannot pick them to win again.

Looking at next week's games, the order of confidence I have would be:

1) Green Bay over Houston
2) Cleveland over Cincinnati (if Baker is healthier)
3) Dallas over Washington

I really like the Dallas over Washington pick. I think we will get a better idea after the Dallas game today, but even if they come out looking terrible with Dalton I'm still confident they will blow out the Redskins.

Not good lol.

Thank god I didn't go with Dallas. Without Dak they are terrible.

I ended up taking the Saints over the Panthers.

No players in the league lost this week.

Week 8 is a no brainer for me. I'm going with the Bucs over the Giants on Monday Night.

Narrowly escaped another week with the Bucs pick.

This week I'm undecided between Steelers over Cowboys and Patriots over the Jets.

So far I've mostly gotten bad advise on here, so wrong answers only, who should I take?
