UNBELIEVABLE THROW - in college...

please do not try that in the NFL, I like you and all, but please, do NOT do that..

Mahomes does that every Sunday

is he Mahomes ???

No man. Just saying if you have elite arm talent you can make those throws at the top level.

I get you bro, I do..

but my point is that ANNOUNCERS, they're full of crap... I can't believe they pointed THAT play as to why WILSON will be a FIRST ROUNDER... that's full of crap... had that was intercepted, i'm almost sure that they would have said that " This play is one of the reason why WILSON still needs to prove that he should be a first rounder " ..
Sort of reminds me of jake plummer with a better arm and a little bit less magic.

That's a NFL throw dude. That's a throw that happens in the NFL. His arm talent allows him to sling it in that tight window on the move.

Saying otherwise is a silly take imo.

That last sentence has nothing to do with anything lol.

He made the throw and has done it numerous times. You don't even have to say Mahomes, Watson makes throws like that as well.

Yes, I'd trade Bosa for an NFL proven FQB.

But not for a prospect. Just imagine if that prospect busts. Now you're out of your elite, game-wrecking, NFL-proven edge rusher and still need a QB. You've created a need at 2nd most important position while still needing the most important position. derp.

No brainer, but those guys listed are first ballot guys (Luck could've been). In this day and age, given the rules and such, the QB determines wins and losses moreso than at any other time in history. Forget about Bosa....you give up any single player in NFL history for an established Peyton Manning. Have to say that I would seriously consider Bosa plus in a hypothetical trade to get Manning in a draft, given his status coming out.

But Bosa and company had us in perfect position to win the SB versus who is widely regarded as the best in the business now.

A great defense gives you a better chance at a SB than the misconception of the "FQB" ESPECIALLY after that QB gets paid.

We lost because the QB, and they won because their QB. I say this makes FQB more important.

If that's how you see it, then that's how you see it.

Truth is KC's batted down 3 balls on critical downs with wide open guys behind them on 2 of our last 3 possessions. Plus that big lollipop pass to Hill was due to blown assignment by Moseley.

So you can give KCs QB all the credit and JG all the blame but the game was decided by both defenses.
Alright QB gurus. Did he do good or bad Vs real competition.

You trade Bosa+ to get Wilson, a FQB for the next 10+ years. Easy decision. If you don't agree then that means you aren't confident Wilson will be a FQB for the next 10+ years.

I have to say that he was okay. Not great. Not bad. Just okay. He made some nice throws and he made some bad ones. The bad were mostly decisions not mechanical. He also needs to learn when to get down. He takes way too many big hits. I doubt that the Niners will be in position to draft him anyway.

That Twitter highlight is amazing. That's a Mahomes like throw. That's a throw that no matter the level of competition, whether college, flag football, or high school, it's an NFL throw.

I like your thinking but there's no way to know if Wilson will be great in the NFL. You never know with QBs. He could get injured a lot if he doesn't get over his desire to take on tacklers. He takes some really big hits. Bosa was defensive rookie of the year. He's the pass rusher that they have been looking for since Smith left. If they trade him it could be another 5 years before they get a chance at a player like him.

I wouldn't waste a first rounder on Mitch Trubisky 2.0

You're on major chemicals if you think Trubisky is anywhere near Wilson's level.

Mahomes didn't fail to see the open man over and over on crucial downs. Jimmy did. I don't even have to bring up the overthrow because it was more than that.

Sure the batted down passes mattered, but they wouldn't have mattered if he would have thrown those few crucial passes to the wide open Kittle that he failed to see earlier in the game.

Injuries can happen to anyone. Can't be paranoid about that. Take a look at some of these Twitter highlights from Wilson. You don't pass on that, and when a QB like that is available, you do whatever it takes to get that FQB for the next 10+ years. We don't know if Wilson is going to be an injured NFL player. We know Bosa is.
