I hope this happens (for draft reasons), but WFT can't score and they can just hand the ball off on every offensive play and beat Dallas. They are still mathematically alive for the playoffs so Kyle is going to keep pushing these guys to play hard (as he should).

Both Dallas and WFT have better QBs imo. Mullens is gonna get killed today vs that DL

Both will be close, but I'm not gonna be shocked at all if we lose both. I'm sure some peeps will cry about Kyle if we do....

I can see a loss versus WFT.

Ngl, I've always been against tanking, but thinking about what we're getting back next year, to be able to add a franchise quarterback to it is salivating. Stafford or Wilson has part of me really pushing for it. Maybe even Jones.

Nope. Not without a ton of draft capital which we don't really have unless we r talking 2022 picks.

Hope you're right. I'm hopeful but measured. Chargers would be a nice trade partner too, no QB need at all there.

Chargers and Cowgirls. But bottom line is the higher our pick the better chance we have of getting Wilson.

Personally if we did I'd cut Jimmy (can't do it before draft or our hand would be revealed). But Shanahan will probably keep Jimmy and let BDN walk so he can ostensibly act like he's replacing a backup who will compete, and then six or seven weeks in hand the reigns over after Jimmy gets hurt and Wilson shines.

#DareToDream

But ideally we go all in with Wilson.

A loss to Washington today combined with Panthers, Falcons, and a Lions upset over the Pack pushes us into the top 10. Even if only the Falcons and Panthers win we still move up to 10 or 11.

I'm kind of at the point where I don't want to wish for Wilson due to the inevitable disappointment I'd feel when Shanahan stubbornly sticks with Jimmy "Fast Release, Low Accuracy" Garoppolo. Or we just end up too high in the standings to draft him.

Dak is a FA there's nothing to trade for dude.

... u actually think Dallas will allow him to just sign as a FA some place else??

c'mon DUDE, you're a little smarter than this.. and EVEN if Dallas let him walk, don't you think I'm more correct that Dallas will end up drafting YOUR boy, WILSON ???

IF I were you, I'll just admit the fact that you'd hate to see Dallas ends up with your draft crush (wilson) than trying to convince yourself that Dallas will sign Dak because he's "all that" ... they didn't sign him this year on a long term, and they would not do it next year..

all you can do is just wish upon a star, our management makes a MEGA deal so that we have a chance to draft Wilson..

Well, then that'll be Shanahan's fault for being too damn stubborn and believing he can keep winning with a below average quarterback. Hopefully Lynch will start speaking up and stop being a "yes man" and go get us our FQB.

LOL this is such a dumb post.

So you're telling me Dallas is gonna tag Dak for the second yr and trade him? He's gonna cost over $40M just next yr to do that.

Moon one day you will figure out how contracts and the cap works. They CANNOT trade a FA unless they tag him.

You're trying so hard to "figure me out" when in reality I'm cool with any of the top 5 QBs.

I don't give a s**t what QB you're trying to throw on their team in your make believe land. I saying they don't go QB.
