Peter king was talking about how he might do better in a smaller market...he said the Jags or colts made sense.
I like QBs that are accurate and have plus arm strength. Toss in some mobility and you got something there.

Colts yes without a doubt and they got the cap to absorb that contract. He needs to get back with Frank Reich

Yeah I don't see him going anywhere next yr end of the day though...the Eagles will eat something like $60M in DM money between 2021/2022. Same thing with the Matt Ryan trade talk. Finically it makes zero sense for either team to move them next yr.

The only thing he needed was a good QB´s coach to fix his mechanics and Ken Dorsey did it and look at Allen now.

Fans still don´t realize how important a QB´s coach is for a young QB and that´s why I don´t want Shane Day anywhere near if we get a rookie.

So who is the QB coach that was brought in this year, because his transformation is night and day from 2019.
Question to those knowledgeable. What's the difference between Wilson and Rosen? Mental make up?

It wasn't the QB coach that fixed his throwing motion, he worked with Jordon Palmer in off season. When it comes to stuff like throwing motions or say edge rushers learning new pass moves...that stuff they do mainly in the off season with position gurus and going to different qb/edge rush summits learning from each other.

People gotta realize our coaches only have a limited amount of time with the players. They can't work with them before camps start and even that is limited.

Rosen is a statue. Wilson can throw from numerous platforms.

Big difference is when you make Rosen move off his spot and make plays, his accuracy goes way down, unlike Wilson.

Rosen is a pure-pocket passer.

This and also what you said about mental makeup. Rosen is an entitled rich kid and is a douchebag.

Yeah that too lol.

I actually didn't hate him in the draft, I think he's gotten a pretty raw deal so far.

It's another reason why where a QB goes is so important to their success....that's why I have faith in a rookie QB coming in and doing there thing here. We have a talented roster and a great coaching staff.

Yeah, been trying to tell people that on Twitter who dream about Ryan coming here for a reunion with Shanahan. The Falcons are committed to him for at least one, if not 2 more years before they can reasonably move on from him because of the contract extension after 2018.

Plus, his cap hit is $40M next year and I see no way we can take that on given our cap situation rofl. Additionally, in my opinion if we're gonna trade picks to a team let's not get older at the QB position because we'll probably look very different next year. Let's get our future guy and set ourselves up for many years of sustained success with Zach Wilson .

Why would anyone want a QB with such weak mental state? Nothing ruins great physical and athletic tools faster than the head.

He seems like a nice enough guy but there have been talk about his lack of leadership for a bit. Someone else can take on that project.

I'd like to start with a fresh kid and let Kyle build him up.

Ken Dorsey but he was with them since 2019 and now everything he taught to Allen is working

Can't be lost that arm strength is for more than just throwing the ball 40 yards down the field. It also contributes to making tight window throws over the middle of the field. In addition, I have to imagine, and I know there have been quotes substantiating, that cornerbacks will play a receiver differently dependent on if there is a deep threat not only because of the obvious such as the receivers deep speed but also the quarterback's ability or inability to throw the deep ball
