Allbright is pretty bad lol I don't know if he's ever been right about anything.

Heck the Jets aren't even locked into #2 yet. How could he already know what they're thinking about doing?

Not saying the Jets won't trade out but I don't trust this.

Also way to early to make that call. Gase is likely to be gone so new HC gonna be allowed to weigh in on staying at 2 for a QB, sticking with Darnold or trying to trade for a veteran QB.

What? I mean no one is already right but I feel like Albright is pretty good at his job....compared to a lot of guys not named schefter/Rapoport.

The GM is the boss there in NY & yeah it's early but he's just throwing out what he's hearing.

Got to be in the top 10 and decide which young starter we will send with a 2022 first round pick

This. Entirely possible. People like to think that this type of trade doesn't happen in drafts.

I understand these trades happen. I just don't know if Kyle/Lynch make this trade.

Did they learn their lesson from 2017? Granted then the plan was Cousins but they didn't want to take the QB plunge early.

They know if they make a big trade up for a QB and he turns into a bust all their good will is gone and they're likely out of a job. The team will still need a bunch of young talent to replace the free agents coming up. Do we dare give up the ammo needed to make the jump?

I hope it works out for us. I'd love Wilson in this offense but just have a hard time seeing them give up what's needed to make the jump.

The picture will be a lot clearer after the Combine once the dust has settled and there's a better idea of where these QB's stack up overall. You might get a new HC that absolutely falls in love with Fields, Wilson or Lance and decides "that's my guy" and that is who they will go with.

His night should be coming to an end shortly
