About Russell and Big Ben I´m pretty sure that both were carried by his team and not the other way.

I mean, our roster in 2021 it´s gonna be good but I don´t think it´s gonna be good enough to carry a rookie QB to the Super Bowl and in 2022 we´re gonna lose some more pieces..

I think are roster is more than capable of carrying a good rookie. They will be able to spend more cash on proven vets in this scenario as well.

And if SF doesn't win 10+ wins BUT the QB looks like a FQB that's a huge step imo. People need to get the Super Bowl or bust idea out of their heads. Yes that's the goal but if they doesn't happen it's not a failure, especially if we know we have the answer at QB.

Completely agree with this if it's the right rookie. Wilson definitely looks the part.

Draft capital shouldn't be a huge issue as long as it's not 3 firsts plus more.

A team can always trade back in every round to get future picks. Plus with the extra 3rds from saleh and possible extra from mayhew, the 49ers have enough to still build a roster if they decide to trade up.

Funny how last year when folks said to trade down from 13 building with 2nd and 3rd rounders was frowned upon.

Now some of the same folks are wanting to trade multiple 1sts and touting how we can build the roster with the same mid round picks they turned their nose up at just 12 months ago.
