Page 50! Woot!

Just because gasoline and fire go so well together - how many pages did Fournette's thread get to before he was drafted?

I think we can beat it.

I mean Fournette was "generational" according to a couple posters 😝

I wouldn't go that far with Wilson.
I just finished watching some Trey Lance tape..and I had to cleanse the palate with some Zach Wilson.

Man, I'd cream my pants if we drafted Wilson.
How's his pocket presence and execution under pressure? I've only seen highlights when he has a clean pocket.

He's mobile so that alone makes him an upgrade over Garoppolo.
It would make sense for shanny to get this guy since he just wants to pass all the time. Jimmy isn't that guy even though I respect his game.

He can also sense pressure unlike Jimbo. His escapability, along with keeping his eyes downfield are just icing on the cake. Ding ding, we have a winner.

Kyle loves the running game. Where do you get that he wants to pass all the time? Some of their biggest plays come on runs or short passes behind the line. This season because of so many injuries to the backs they have passed a little more than run. 310-241 attempts. Last season they passed 478 times and ran 498 times. That's the kind of balance most teams love. Keep in mind that many of those passes are little more than a long handoff.

I was watching the BYU vs Boise St. game with Dwight Clark, Kobe Bryant and Richard Pryor. They all liked what they saw in Wilson and assured me the 49ers will in fact draft Zach Wilson in the 1st round with a small trade up.

Kyle isn't Bruce Arians (who wants to chuck it downfield all game) he wants balance like you said...fountain of the offense is the OZ running game. Get that going and the play-action will roll. We've seen that time and time again. If kyle can run the ball it opens up everything.

Kyle also wants affective pass plays. He loves explosive plays (heard him talk about that many times) that's something we've lacked. He's always had some sort of downfield threat. Having the ability to push it downfield in itself helps the run game and PP.

I feel like all we see is a cluster f**k of defensive players near the LOS and middle of the field. I feel like I'm seeing guys blitzing the A gaps all game. Our QBs aren't taking advtange of these blitzes...no Deebo hurts as well. He always forced the defense to have to spread the field more based on all the motions and sweeps.
