who cares if he's the guy they covet? You get a FQB for the next 10+ yrs those extra picks don't matter too much imo

Nobody ever drafts someone thinking "this guy is going to be a HUGE bust!"

If you trade the farm to move up for a player and they don't pan out, you've now set your team back quite a bit.

What team as set there team back quite a bit by trading a buttload of picks? Maybe the WFT? draft picks in general are a crapshoot. You can end up with Thomas or Mahomes

If they feel like he's a star do what you can to get up there.

Test ? hopefully.. but it shouldn't be

BYU -10

CCU is legit. As others have mentioned, they both stomped the hell out of the same team so it should be a decent matchup.

San Diego moving up for Ryan Leaf was the biggest. The Chargers and all the experts were convinced that Leaf would be a star, he had all the tools, the star performances in college, both he and Manning were going to run the league and then it just didn't happen. Washington repeated the mistake by going all in for RG 3 and out.

Finally, BYU gets a test. Looking very forward to see them and Coastal Carolina. They have at least one common opponent in Texas State; which they both thrashed with similar scores (52-14 BYU, 49-14 CC).

With this season and the amount of teams not playing, It's still a top 20 team and yes a test
The Chanticleers a top 20 team, right

If this guy is the real deal, then I wouldn't mind giving up Bosa + Deebo + draft picks. I mean, FQB for 10+ years sounds very appealing. I'd love that.

I'm not against giving up draft picks since those aren't players that you know are contributors. I wouldn't give up Bosa to move up. We know what we have in Bosa and he's a special talent. Deebo I would consider plus a draft pick only because it's easier to find another receiver. I'll admit Deebo is unique with that ability to run after the catch but he could be replaced.

I'd rather trade picks over established players if this years 1st, 2nd, 3rd and next years 1 gets it then do it.

I think Washington objects to giving the 49ers that pick back.
