This is some damn good pad level and balance around the corner. No fancy move--just the basics of get off, half-man, and playing low.

It's great that he'll be a fresh rushing specialist come week 7. He and Sherfield have had excellent camps!

Willis has been the best edge rusher in the preseason. It looks like he's found his stride in the wide 9. What a f**king shame we won't have him for almost half the season.

I think a lot of athletes use, or just trust their trainers give them stuff, and say they never knowingly took anything illegal. They cycle on the stuff, then get off before camp or known testing periods.

I'm with what others said, getting back on the team after 6 weeks. Chances are some one will get dinged up.

Absolutely. I think Willis will be another Koucerek success story and I think he will carve out a nice career here as a pass rush backup/ specialist.

Just checed back…JL swapped Pettis to Jets for Willis…back in October last yr. Damn, you talk about a fantastic trade…way to go big John.

Pettis was released in 2020, then NYG picked him up. Jordan Willis was acquired for a 2022 6th rounder from the Jets.

He's playing with great leverage and technique. He looks like a solid 10 year vet out there. Koucerek is such a terrific teacher AND motivator.

Willis will become another Koucerek success story and will have a Kerry Hyder type breakout with 6 sacks in the last 8 games
