Agreed. Willis still has some upside.

If we got the hyder that we had when bosa was out then it's not even close. that hyder would make a great starting bookend right now. Willis would not. just a depth rotational guy.

He's a good player and has been way overlooked by fans this offseason. I'd rather keep him than Hyder.

Willis was my pre-preseason pick to be the odd man out. Guess I may be wrong. Seems like either Turay or Hyder is the odd man out.

Yeah, IMO, one of those 2 doesn't make it. Willis has been doing this all preseason with his power rushes. He changed his stance and looks bigger and more powerful this year. I think Kocurek puts a premium on the ability to rush with power and maintain your rush lane's leverage an edge rusher, so they must be liking what they're seeing from Willis.
