And even athletic QB's, this is their ceiling too usually...they aren't going to get too much stronger, faster, more nimble, more shifty, etc. than they are already at 20 years old and if so, that ceiling isn't going to be too much higher as that may inhibit their ability as a QB. Training staff aren't going to allow that.

We are back to the point in this circular conversation where arm strength and athleticism don't matter in the NFL for QBs.
