Pre season stats are pointless... I'm referring to how bad they we're last season, and unless they made some HUGE Improvements, I'm expecting the same this year.. Even BDN looked amazing against that Giants D last year.

I used last year's stats

Does it ever get old? You were the same way when we drafted Vernon Davis. Went out of your way to prove why he wasn't a good draft pick and despite the fact that he was so far ahead of the guy you wanted (Michael Huff) or your #2 (AJ Hawk) and you spent years trying to disparage Davis until it got to the point that it was obvious that Davis was by FAR the better pick....

Just stop and root for the 49ers Kriz. You've been proven wrong by far worse front offices......

Him, Phoenix, NcCommand and a few others just LOVE Mac. They would rather see him succeed than the 49ers just to say "I TOLD YOU SO!". They went all in and are now stuck with him. Even when he busts, they'll make excuses as to how he went to the wrong team or whatever they can conjure up.

BS. There were a few of us who liked Mac at #12 but were chit on bc he wasn't the prototypical QB of 2021. We are just glad he is doing well. None of us want him to do better then Lance much less the 49ers. It's just good to see him doing well even though no one has taken a snap in a real game.

Wtf this guy who doesn't even play for the 49ers has a thread that is half the size as Kyle Shanahan's

Polarizing dude that's for sure. Fire's been stoked by his legendary PRE-SEASON and him taking the job from an over-the-hill-once-MVP-QB who threw 12TDS in 2020 . The pro-maxxers vs the anti-maxxers
Mac so good that the Pat's don't even have a backup QB on the roster.

I have a feeling that the season will bring his evaluation towards what we would expect for a rookie QB.

eh, Captain Checkdown.

Cosell talked about how overall Bill gave him easy reads and the defenses they played in preseason were pretty vanilla overall. Thought he has some nice throws vs NY week 3 but I still see a lot of the same stuff That imo made him a high floor low ceiling dude. Velocity subpar and his ability to make plays from a muddy pocket/extend is meh overall.

we will see, we need to realize we aren't gonna have an answer for a couple yrs…for me I wanted fields over both.

"From what I gained ... from sources inside the actual building, from everything I understand now, Mac [Jones] was basically helping Cam [Newton] learn the playbook.

"Because Mac was having less M.E.s, that's mental errors ... and having a better understanding of the offense. We didn't see Cam running any two minute, we didn't see him run any no huddle. You have to run no huddle. That's vital."
Boy that Mac Jones just really made Bama look special last yr 😂

Bryce is…Bama is just on a different level compared to the rest college football. Hard to be bad when everyone is that great around you.

That's true. And I really hope Lunch isn't steering away from our guys because of Foster. That would be shooting ourselves in the foot

Bama fans gonna be s**t talking Auburn fans forever.

Bama straight up becoming QB U right now. Three Week 1 starters this year, Young will be a top 3 pick easy when he comes out.
