This. Put him on Jax or NY, and he would be terrible. No OL, poor run game, bad defense. He would be asked to actually make big boy throws, and not just maybe 1 a game. Anybody who think he's making the Pats this good is being completely ridiculous. Lol at thinking he's making BB and McDaniels look good

My take is pointing out how foolish your statement is.

His team is avg 35 points per game over their 5 game win streak that's not his team carrying him and it doesn't happen without strong QB play.

And there have been many QBs that prove otherwise. Plenty of QBs that flamed out after 1 year and they looked much better than Mac. Plus, the game is different now than it was 20 years ago. Most good QBs back then didn't even put up the same stats that rookie QBs can put up now. An above average year right now would be considered really good 20 years ago.
