Each passing week, Trey has a lot further to go to reach Mac's floor before anyone can start thinking about him reaching his own ceiling.

First 48 passes:

Mac: 37/48, 336 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT
Trey: 25/48, 354 yds, 3 TD, 1 INT

Mac had 4 INTs before he threw his 3rd TD pass.

What a joke. They put Trey in on the 1 yard line. Play the whole game.

That was one TD and it was 5 yards.

why do you keep complaining about this? You already knew what it was gonna be YR1, it was reported and talked about since day 1.

You're trolling and it's a pretty lame attempt at it.

I mean maybe if our other choice at QB was a broken Cam Newton, Lance would be playing BUT that was never the case, get over it.

I put him on ignore last week. Mods don't do nothing about trolling anymore, especially when he copy and pastes the same crap here and in NT on a daily basis for the last month.
This weeks game will be a good indication of what Mac is...been a great game manager so far this yr.

IMO the defense in NE should be what is being talked about.

1st in PTs per game
4th in yards per game
2nd in defensive TDs
1st in INTS

it's really dumb at this point...he knows the answers to his complaints and yet still posts it, just to troll. It's very obvious.

1st in PTs per game
4th in yards per game
2nd in defensive TDs
1st in INTS

Also 1st in turnover %.

Schedule is setting up nicely for Pats. Get to play Titans without their top 3 weapons. Now get to play their toughest competition twice without their best CB.

You realize there is only a one loss difference between those two teams, right? And Teddy has about the same passing stats. Denver and NE also have the same record vs common opponents.

That's because they also have the best starting field position in the league and their defense is getting the most turnovers.

Do you have a personal masseuse? I sure hope you do cause the weight of the heavy excuses you carry around has got to hurt.

This entire line of discussion is getting very old and tired. Shanahan has explained why he no longer has even a "package" of plays for Trey Lance. There is obviously a combination of factors as to why Lance is not playing now: Garoppolo is winning and Lance has not shown enough in practice to offer more than what JG is doing on the field. Consequently, ANY comparison of Lance to Mac Jones is not conducive to constructive conversation.

So, let's keep this thread on topic, that topic is Mac Jones and the NE Patriots.

I wasn't the person who compared him to Mac Jones. Look up. It was another poster.

I literally just post stuff for his reactions. Dude cracks me up!

Dude their schedule has been such a cake walk...even the "hard" games are much easier because of injuries. The best team they've played (by far) is the Bucs.

Take a wider look. My comment was intended for the entire thread, not anyone in particular.

Why are those excuses? Their defense is playing lights out and their schedule is butt. Even the "tough" opponents are teams like the Titans and Browns who have been ravaged by injuries.

Seriously go look at their schedule, SF would be crushing it with that schedule.
