Still been a great year for him.

Still true , will probably win ROY and a playoff birth.

but definitely regressing right now

Nah, it's Chase, Waddle, or Harris IMO. Waddle is going to have 100+rec/1000+yds as a rookie. Chase could get 80/1300/"12tds. Najee on pace for 1000+ yds rush/75+ receptions/10+ TDS. Jones is 4th.

This is a popularity contest. The NFL has a chance to name a young quarterback on the Patriots who is the heir apparent to Brady... yeah, he's gonna get the award. Hell, they were talking about him as an MVP darkhorse at one point.

Waddle and Chase deserve it more, but they won't get it.

Who? BamaNiner?

Absolutely not. I honestly haven't been over the top on Mac. I'm pretty far down the totem pole on posts about him. I've been more on the "anyone but Lance" train since the start.
Also, draft players from Alabama and the south. That's where your best guys come from. Yet this regime avoids the region.

No they do not. Deebo and Kinlaw are both out of South Carolina. Greenlaw from Arkansas. DJ Jones from Mississippi. Elijah Mitchell from Louisiana.

We took Rueben Foster and look what happened. Just because they don't take every opportunity to draft an Alabama player, does not mean they avoid the region.

Alabama produces more busts than any other school. Admittedly, they produce more pros, but so many of them end up being straight trash. At the end of the day, you're no better with an Alabama prospect than you are with a Central Michigan one.

My point is, if you draft a guy just because he's from Alabama, odds are you will be extremely disappointed.

Alabama has become pretty much every position U. Bama has elite players at every level on each side of the ball, with the exception of qb. That's coming with Bryce.
But yes, the south is where the best athletes come from, the guys mentioned above plus Trent is from Texas, safeties from Alabama, etc.

Again, check post counts in this thread, I doubt I'm top 5 and probably not even top 10.

The best corner from Alabama right now is... Kareem Jackson? Ohio State is killing ya'll at that position, and that's just off the top of my head. Linebackers are trash... Mack Wilson is the best from Bama I guess? Defensive ends are trash, pretty good defensive tackles I'll give you that. Receivers are obviously excellent, good running backs. Offensive line has depth, but nothing special, quarterbacks trash... Alabama quarterbacks always been horrible. OJ Howard is the only tight end, complete bust. Solid safeties.

Outside of a couple positions, Alabama is hardly the NFL U. Maybe Bust U, that's about it.

To be fair Will Anderson looks like he's going to be an absolute monster

Not confident at all in Mac, Tua or Jalen. Mac will be on the bench in two years, Tua will be out of the NFL, Hurts has a chance, but we will see.

I think only Hurts has a chance to not be starter in 2 years. He has been really inconsistent but I think some of that is play calling too.

Mac & Tua I think will be long term starters. They've both shown they can play in this league, though tua needs to stop being so dependent on RPO's

Bama is an incredible school and we are unlikely to see this type of dominance again anytime soon. They've had their share of NFL busts but plenty of top notch players too.

What about Trevon Diggs, Marlon Humphrey and Patrick Surtain?

Howard isn't the only TE, there is also Irv Smith Jr.

Seems you overlooked some Bama talent in the NFL
