Mac Jones-QB-Jaguars

I predict Pats will win over Bills cuz of Bill B and the run game plus that D. Mac will be along for the ride to observe and report.
Is it time?

i dont think mac can beat the BUF defense unless something crazy happens

To be honest I wouldn't expect any rookie QB to beat a top notch defense in the playoffs. The pats will protect Mac Jones by running the ball.

I don't have much faith in Buffalo bc their lack of running game. They do everything pretty good but run the ball and that's something that can bite you in the ass in the playoffs.
Much of my love for Mac does come from him being a Bama product, but I've never said he was some transcendent prospect, just that he was off the charts in some mental and intangible attributes. Now myself and others have been pretty defensive in here because of the hate he got in the pre draft process. I've honestly never seen anything like it. All because of some rumors.

Ha! Already walking it back, eh? I don't blame you, the end is near! Your boy Young has a chance to be an average NFL quarterback as well... you should get that bandwagon started early.

What am I walking back? And Young is your #1 or 2 pick next year along with Will Anderson.

You keep thinking that...
Nice overall rookie season for Mac10.

Let's see if the playoffs aren't to big for him.

Doubtful Hoodie will put it all on Mac. He's had a great rookie season and he has experience in high pressure games. As someone who started last year as a Fields guy and Jones disbeliever I'm very excited to see what he has in store for the future. More good QB play in the league is always a good thing.

Agreed. Good post

They are already making excuses for him. Now saying he has been playing with multiple injuries. Funny how that wasn't brought up when he was playing decent. So if they lose to the Bills and he struggles they will use that built in excuse that he wasn't healthy.

He's injured? I just assumed it was the playing past the college season, rookie wall and defenses getting more and more film on him and how Hoodie/McDaniels are using him. Seems like the defense is showing some holes too.

It'll be fun to see what Hoodie has in store for Mac's first playoff game. It'll be even more interesting to see what players and positions they add next year for Mac.

Make that 2 built-in excuses just in case tonight doesn't go well. Great job.

Who is they?

Do you know what injuries he has?

When did these injuries occur or are you saying the injuries are made up?

He already won. Just getting there as a rookie and having the year he had is a win.
Not a bad drive there. INT was a GREAT play by the defender, but ball should/could have been more in front and outside.
