That was one of our biggest gripes...that the officials let their OL hold all game long and took away our biggest strength...our pass rush. Garoppolo was sacked 4 times and pressured and hit repeatedly including to the head.
What? He was sacked 4 times, bosa had a sack + FF, pressure caused an int. Go back and watch again. He was under fire all game

That's crazy. I'm literally looking at the team stats right now and it's showing the 49ers sacks allowed is 4 and Chiefs 1. My apologies if that's inaccurate.

Haha. I wish I could screenshot it and post here.
I must have been too focused on ours.
We did dominate them for 53 minutes so that must have been part of that. I mostly just remember them holding Bosa all game including the Tyreek punt..

Aaron Rodgers 91.9 QBR, 10 points scored vs #9 defense. Devante Adams #1 target
Dak Prescott 69.3 QBR, 17 points scored vs #9 defense. Cooper and Lamb top targets
Kyler Murray 40.9 QBR, 11 points scored vs #15 defense. Kirk #1 target
Ryan Tannehill: 66.7 QBR, 16 points scored vs #17 defense. AJ Brown & Julio Jones top targets
Derek Carr: 69.2 QBR, 18 points scored vs #17 defense. Darren Waller and Refrow top targets
Jalen Hurts: 60.0 QBR, 16 points scored vs #5 defense
The rookie QB versus the top defense with less supporting cast more than held his own vs Buffalo and looks at the very least comparable to these other one and done QBs.

Lol Mac had a bunch of garbage time stats. Pats had 3 points like 40 mins into the playoff game, he threw 3 passes in their first game and had turnovers in their 2nd.
Bills D is obviously really good and that was reflected by Mac being a non factor (or worse) in essentially all 3 games

Executive: #Patriots Mac Jones' arm strength was an issue, potential limited by 'weak arm' via @PFF

Garbage time stats? He had 8 possessions. He scored 17 points on 3. Moved the ball on a 4th but threw a pick by great play by the defense.
As a rookie with subpar supporting cast vs the #1 defense he put his team in position to score on half of his possessions.
Played better than given credit for

Scoring once you are down 33-3 and 47-10 is absolutely garbage time stats.

Lol guy he was playing against soft coverage, the game was out of hand. That's what people mean when they say garbage time. When it was clear the Pats D was going to have an off night and they needed Mac to keep pace, that didn't happen. He did nothing in those drives and the game got out of hand in part because of that. Now I grant the pats D was awful and it's unrealistic to expect Mac to go score for score with an elite QB but what happened was a team failure: bad QB, bad offense, bad defense.
Definitely wouldn't pin the game on Mac alone tho

literally what i've been saying. he needs the running game and defense to be elite at all times. especially in bad weather games. he will be a kirk cousings/matt ryan type of pro.
