He apparently was too busy working on his scrambling ability.
He's exposing himself to injury by running around like that.

he shouldn't be rusty tho
I guess, but he didn't play in first preseason game. I wonder if he has worked on his game because defensive coordinators kind of "figured him out" near the end of the year. Same thing happened with baker (great rookie season and then NFL defensive coordinators do what they do to most guys: expose them).
Mac has an uphill climb with the supposed offensive coordinators & crummy weapons around him
looked pathetic today and he is supposed to be better given that he is in his 2nd years...most completions were just WR screens since he couldn't complete anything else.
also remember this is the Cheatriots that have a history of easily winning their division and winning super bowls, anything less than a SB victory will be a failure for McCorkle this year as expectations for the fanbase are high. No excuses since 2nd year QB Burrow led his team the SB with a much worse supporting cast that a historically trash football team (Bengals). This isn't the Browns/Lions that throw parades when the team makes it the playoffs.
Pressure is Fat Mac to win every game make no mistake...not to mention Belicheat is 70 and obese and could die from a heart attack at any moment

I would be shocked if pats make the playoffs.
Teams that are clearly better: bills, Bengals, colts, ravens, chiefs, chargers, broncos
Teams probably better: dolphins, titans, raiders
Toss up: Steelers
That's on paper of course. NFL is a strange league so you never know but just as the pats benefitted from historical ineptitude within the AFCE for nearly 2 decades, they're now entering an absolutely stacked AFC.

This. The Pats lost JC Jackson and their great Guard. Mac had a horrible last few games of the season and that playoff game……forgetaboutitttttt

The WR had to slow down so much on Mac's deep ball that the db almost caught up to break it up and it forced the WR out of bounds.
You almost forgot to mention that Mac threw several horribly inaccurate passes including one that was a good 5 yards over his intended targets head.
It wasn't a good performance.
1st off his deep pass was perfect and 2im pretty sure I said Mac looked
