top 100 player 😂

Most people would agree he's not a top 100 player but he was 1 of 14 QBs to make the plays, and as a rookie, so considering how those lists are done I don't think it's egregious.

Andy Dalton was #35 in 2016. It happens

Ever get the feeling that they are forcing a few extra QBs on a yearly basis onto the list for entertainment purposes only?
Does this mean if Trey has over 22 TD passes this season and his team makes the playoffs he should have a chance at making the top 100 this time next year?

If we make the playoffs and trey has a decent year I 100% guarantee he'll be in the top 100. It's just how it is

I think so
Mac jones has it tough. Change from a premier play caller as his OC to not even knowing who your OC is. That's got to be a hit on his development. Lance clearly has been put in the best situation. There's no excuse if Lance doesn't succeed.

He made that 100 list?

Yes sir. As a 23 year old 1st year starter with only 17 college starts under his belt.

Which makes us not being allowed to judge a 22 year 1st year starter with 17 starts sound silly doesn't it?

So if Lance is higher on next years nfl top 100 you'll agree with it? I have my doubts.

Lol I didn't necessarily say I agree with Mac. Historically, top 100 has been neither here nor there for me. Just given the debates over the past 20 months just thought I'd

As I believe you(or whomever) said, if we win and make the playoffs he plays decent enough there's a good chance he will be. It still will be neither here nor there for me in all honesty.

Mac making this list, the playoffs & pro bowl are all just accomplishments that can be put on his resume and used in debates for years to come.
Mac is now on par with pro bowler Mitch Trubisky

Which both are still ahead of our QB.
