Uh this was absolutely on purpose

Edit: he was looking at him when he slid but I still can't tell if it was intentional.

Dude, get yourself checked out. You are in serious denial. The stages of grief are strong with you Mac sucks

Does anyone remember this line from Billy Madison?

Are you in loser denial or something? - I had a bad case of loser denial myself, till the lacrosse team stuck a parking cone up my ass.

Denial?

If it was intentional, why was it intentional? Why would he decide to kick someone in the nuts during a regular play? What's going through his mind at that split moment? "Oh here's my shot, lemme take it!" Was he mad at Brisker for something? Did he even know it was Brisker leaping over him? Does he not fear any recourse from Brisker? If it was Ndamukong Suh in front of him would he have done the same? With this said, Brisker leaps to avoid Mac's leg but it wasn't enough. Maybe Mac just had an uncoordinated slide moment? But yeah, if it was intentional, I'd like to understand his psyche behind that. Fascinating stuff.

No he clearly isn't looking like the dude I thought he was going to be. That said, he looks better scrambling than Trey IMHO. but not something I'd hang my hat on
too soon to call that QB draft class a bust?

He might be better than Zappe. Who was horrible tonight as time went on.

Both suck, so what does it matter?

Yes. I just go off what I see or have seen. What I have seen it is just overrated as hell. But I can't say what is to come. Fields / Lawrence looking the best at the moment. Fields just had one of his best games. He's still non-functional as a pocket passer. But you can win if Montgomery gets you 80 rush yds, Herbert 40 and Fields 80.. that's 200 team rush yds, which is off the charts. Mix in some scramble drill chunk pass plays. Not bad. If he can improve as a passer as he goes Bears may have something

After less than 1.5 years? Way too soon. Steve Young didn't make his first pro bowl until he was 31.

this thread took a major turn. Crazy how posters fight so hard to defend a guy then just disappear after a few bad games. could just be a bump in the road for Mac Let's you know folks don't really have strong convictions they just like to say s**t to say s**t.

The people defending Mac Jones didn't ever really believe in him. They were just using him as a vector to criticize Lance and/or our FO. Now that Jones might have flopped, they'll just move on to the next thing.
