Great but what is your point in all of this?

The same point of the post I quoted

The post you quoted has a bunch of faces for Mac&Cheese and nothing about comparisons to Lance.

What does that have to do with the point of which either post was posted? Your question wasn't what was posted. Your question was the point behind my post.

You telling me what was posted is irrelevant to my point.

Interesting Warner is defending him

Most of the QB guys on YouTube and TV does. They understand the circumstances

Huh? No you listed a bunch of stuff mentioning Lance with Mac and I'd like to know what your point in comparison is? Where are you going with it?

what's cute is, all of those hits and ugly faces, the cookie eating beer belly Dad bod has started 26 games. Been hit/sacked 110 times. 2 injuries. with 2 games missed due to injury. The guy we selected 4 games started been hit/sacked 15 times. 2 injuries and will have AT LEAST 15 games missed due to injury.

Before someone brings up rushing attempts, Mac Jones 74 rushes. Trey Lance 54 rushes. To be fair, some of Mac's rushes are victory formation rushes.

Just asking you to complete the thought with point. What do these numbers say to you?

This! Leading up to the draft his knock was..... if Trey/Justin/Zach played at Alabama.

Let's flip that to what if Mac played for SF.

For sure Kyle would have eased him in and he'd be looking much better than he currently does.

Lol this is pretty funny

"He's doing bad because he's almost TOO smart and it makes him bored" lmao
Of course coaching matters. That's never even at question.

What the real question is should you settle for mediocre/below average tools because a guy is smart. If you are taking a guy in the 2nd ala Andy Dalton sure. You sure as sh*t don't do that at 3.

No doubt Patricia and Judge are holding Mac back to some degree. But his lack of physical attributes also hold them back.

Meh! Fields and Lawrence both have the physical attributes year one they didn't have the coach. Now they both seem to be playing better.

Year one Mac had the coach he looked year two he doesn't. Now he is regressing.

No he obviously isn't as physically gifted as any of the other 4. That doesn't mean he's holding anyone back

When everything has to be perfect on offense for you to succeed you are holding the offense back to some degree.

14th in passing as a rookie in non perfect conditions (Jacobi Myers/Bourne WR1 and WR2)

They were 6th in scoring. Again non perfect conditions.

Who am I to try and sway your opinion

He was also 3rd in explosive pass rate last year.

Dead last in drives where there was a penalty or negative play. When I'm talking perfect conditions I'm talking the offense giving him an open first read to stay on schedule. When the scheme didn't create the success for him the offense floundered.

Now this year he doesn't have that situation so it flounders more consistently.

It's no different than with Nick, your other favorite. From the neck up he can run the 9ers offense better than Jimmy. But his limitations are why he ended up becoming so turnover prone when teams adjusted. Same with Mac. That's the risk you run when everything had to be perfect within the offense.
