The "news" coming out of the Pat's is Mac Jones has lost the locker room and has no one in his corner.Gee yah think....

The Pat's have so many problems that have nothing to do with Mac Jones, just watch their offense...any QB has to be perfect on like 10 consecutive throws to get in FG range...it is so ugly.

A leader has to circle the wagons, and just what we publicly know about Mac Jones....I highly suspect he talks mad s**t behind the scenes...just based on what he complains to the media about

Example 1a of why personality matters in leadership roles. Mac Jones had enough talent to survive this Patriot implosion if he kept his head down and stayed positive. He alienated the media, he alienated the coaching staff (those dudes are all interconnected), and he alienated his blockers and skill players.
