who does Mac's arm strength compare to?

He doesn't have a great arm but it's good enough for Kyle's system. There have been a lot of QBs that didn't have great arms but had great careers. Montana and Peyton Manning are just 2 of them.

Tons of guys are film junkies and eat/breathe football. Nick Mullens, for instance. That alone doesn't mean s**t.

I don't hate Mac jones but he'd be my 5th choice for QB this draft

I question that. Film junkies aren't turnover machines

Funnily enough I think that might be Mullens as well, perhaps a little stronger

Yeah, I just want a solid arm. I know it doesn't have to be Elway, but I don't want Mullens either lol There are times Mullens sees the window, but he simply didn't have the arm talent to get it there etc.

all you McCorkle lovers today is your day!

He'll look great today, he'll have prepared and be throwing to his own WR's. They'll dial up the routes he likes, loads of deep balls as well.

Oh for sure....I don't think a QB outside of Teddy two gloves has ever had a bad pro-day

Him throwing today will be like every other game at Alabama. No pressure and throwing to wide open receivers.

That's the narrative.

Kyle's scheme creates wide open receivers on the regular and Deebo, Aiyuk, and Kittle are supreme talent with which to work with.

Aiyuk would eat deep with Jones. Better not pass on him at 12 if Wilson/Fields/Lance are gone.

Yeah this doesn't get talked about enough here

I mean if that's the case then just draft a Mills or some other job blow later.

Also a lot of QBs that didn't have great arms that didn't have great careers...

I'm surprisingly more interested in his 40 time. I expect him to be in the same realm as...

Dak Prescott 4.79
Teddy Bridgewater 4.79
Patrick Mahomes 4.80
Baker Mayfield 4.81
Matthew Stafford 4.81
Jared Goff 4.82
Daniel Jones 4.82
Drew Brees 4.83
Kirk Cousins 4.84
Sam Darnold 4.86
Matt Ryan 4.89

Then will look forward for the next reason not to like him.

If he's a statue at 4.83. Then Mayfield at 4.81 and Mahomes at 4.80 is what?
