By the way, your claim that Jones' vision and processing is because of the line is false: Jones' average time in the pocket is faster than both of the other two (by a lot). It's not the line giving him more time. It's him seeing it quicker.
Fields: 2.73
Lance: 2.66
Jones: 2.49
Edit - Again, that is not to say that Jones is better overall. It's just IF he's third on the list, there isn't some vast gulf separating them. He's only significantly worse in athleticism.
This is possibly the worst stat to judge a QB on, Jones had the most amount of designed bubble screens and RPO's by a country mile. Lance had some and Fields' offense was mainly on longer developing routes and WR options which force a longer hold time.
There's still plenty of tape of Fields having a read and quick throw to make, and he's exceptional at it.
