If you look at Macs profile and Jimmys and for that matter Cousins, they look like triplets. Almost identical. They went to Mac's pro day because it was his SECOND one. Fields' agent is setting up a second one specifically for SF lol . How's that hard to get?

Watched Mac Jones vs Florida. I see some hesitation when he's got wide open guys. I really don't like that. I want to see confidence in yourself and that perfect hit your back foot and fire the ball. He throws a lot of passes that are 50/50 in a bad way. I know it's one game but with only that to go off of I don't know how he doesn't have more picks. I also don't see how he's he's most NFL ready. Like I said hesitation on open guys, trying to fit in questionable guys, doesn't really feel pressure, nothing crazy as far as arm talent. In the NFL that half second of hesitation and the window is gone. That tight window he thinks is open will not be. That obliviousness to the rush will get him hurt. Well I'm off to watch some more of him. That game wasn't a good example for him maybe.

How many of you are aware he had a DUI while in college? I wasn't until recently. Why? Because NO ONE brings it up. It's been ignored. If Fields had a DUI in his past there's no doubt it would be brought up as a character flaw. Jones, who was involved in a minor car accident at the time of the DUI, was also charged with improper identification (fake ID) at the same time as his DUI.

You obviously didnt read it. Hes talking about unconscious racism, not blatant. The idea that a quarterback looks a certain part so you assume certain things.

For example, Fields is better than Jones in literally every category, mentally as well, but Jones looks like a traditional quarterback and you attach certain stigmas with that.

A good example was that if Fields had a DUI and was fat like Jones, you would definitely hear about him being a potential head case and having character issues. You won't hear these things being an issue for Jones.

Absolutely correct. You don't try to jump to 6 or 5 wanting fields. You jump up to 5 or 6 to prevent teams from jumping over you for jones.

Actually this absolutely wrong. Albert Beer broke down what really happened on Monday.

SF spoke to teams in the top 5 before FA even started. They gauged who was willing to move off the pick and who wasn't...trying to figure out who was interested in QB. They did NOT offer a trade to any team outside of Miami.

They had a deal in place with Miami like 3 weeks ago, Miami didn't want to move down to 12 so they had to find a 3rd team to move back into the top 10. That turned out to be Philly.

That still makes zero sense if Fields is their guy
