55 yarder rolling to left and throwing a dime.
But I thought he was a "fat" statue with a limp arm...at least that's what Ninertalk is trying to sell...
Exactly. There goes the noodle arm argument. Even though It is clear on tape he has a very strong arm. They are trying to find something so hard to say why he is no good. But there is just nothing at all .
They cannot say he is unable to read defenses. That he doesn't make sound decisions with the football. That he doesn't have excellent footwork. That he is not able to process information fast. Why cause it is obvious to everyone that he is great at these things.
They cannot say he can't throw the deep ball. Because he has a better passer rating throwing deep than FIelds and Lance.
They cannot say he is unable to handle pressure. Because he has a better QB rating against pressure than Fields and Lance.
They cannot say he was not accurate because he completed 76% of his passes.
They Cannot criticize his stats at all. As he threw for the most yards in college football for 4500 yards.
They cannot say he turns the ball over too much because he has a 41 to 4 TD/Int ratio.
They cannot say he didn't play anyone. Because he played in the toughest conference in football the SEC.
They cannot say he didn't win. Because he went undefeated and won a national championship.
They cannot say he doesn't fit the system. Because he fits the system perfectly.
I have said for a while. All they can come up with is he is not mobile. BTW he ran a 4.8 at his pro day. And the fact that his team was stacked. Same as a bunch of these QB prospects everyone loves. I am sorry that is not enough to convince me that Mac Jones is not an elite prospect. Worthy of a top 5 selection.
