55 yarder rolling to left and throwing a dime.

But I thought he was a "fat" statue with a limp arm...at least that's what Ninertalk is trying to sell...

Receiver had to slow down. Werent you ragging on Fields for that?

So you did see it?

Never said it was something that should be critiqued. You on the other hand said it was a negative on Fields but for Jones it's a dime. I just want consistency

NY85s wife is pregnant and should be sleeping on her left side not her right side.
Maybe this is Kyle and Lynch's master plan to get the fans back on Jimmy's bandwagon. We will trade two future 1st RD picks and draft a QB worse than him.

What's funny is how Justin Fields pro day talk is slipping into the Mac Jones thread because the hate is real.

Jones's pro day wasn't exactly Alex Smith where only 1 pass was reportedly missed but Fields wasn't exactly perfect either but niner talk in general is more than willing to overlook Fields being late and not hitting his ball placement while dump on Mac over the most asinine evaluations comparable only to the bone density and skinny wrist evaluations that posters have used in the past to sling at other QB prospects.

They are both imperfect prospects, even Lawrence has his issues...there is no Manning or Luck in this draft.

Bro people were actual upset over Fields being a vegan. And are you acting like Mac Jones doesn't get brought up in the Justin Fields forum? I just don't think you like that you got called out for saying the receiver had to slow down for Fields pass but give Jones a pass. I just want consistency

Exactly. There goes the noodle arm argument. Even though It is clear on tape he has a very strong arm. They are trying to find something so hard to say why he is no good. But there is just nothing at all .

They cannot say he is unable to read defenses. That he doesn't make sound decisions with the football. That he doesn't have excellent footwork. That he is not able to process information fast. Why cause it is obvious to everyone that he is great at these things.

They cannot say he can't throw the deep ball. Because he has a better passer rating throwing deep than FIelds and Lance.

They cannot say he is unable to handle pressure. Because he has a better QB rating against pressure than Fields and Lance.

They cannot say he was not accurate because he completed 76% of his passes.

They Cannot criticize his stats at all. As he threw for the most yards in college football for 4500 yards.

They cannot say he turns the ball over too much because he has a 41 to 4 TD/Int ratio.

They cannot say he didn't play anyone. Because he played in the toughest conference in football the SEC.

They cannot say he didn't win. Because he went undefeated and won a national championship.

They cannot say he doesn't fit the system. Because he fits the system perfectly.

I have said for a while. All they can come up with is he is not mobile. BTW he ran a 4.8 at his pro day. And the fact that his team was stacked. Same as a bunch of these QB prospects everyone loves. I am sorry that is not enough to convince me that Mac Jones is not an elite prospect. Worthy of a top 5 selection.

Was just going to post the same thing. Plus Alabama had to play an SEC only schedule this year, Thats rough...

Except no SEC team was in top 50 FBS pass defenses as far as yards per game, yds per attempt, and yds per completion. Alabama was the only SEC team ranked in pass efficiency allowed, and they were 18th.
