I'm not understanding this one??? Aren't we set at just about everywhere other than an elite QB? Isn't part of the reason to get a QB on a rookie contract?

The fact that they are keeping Garoppolo suggests it's going to be someone who needs time to develop. That screams Lance to me.

I haven't posted here in over 5 years...but I had to come and live in the distress this trade has caused.
The rumors swirling ot hype up Jones and downplay Fields and others...doesn't feel fair to me but it seems where there's smoke there's fire.
Hoping they get the pick right, whoever it is...I just don't see it for Jones though.

Though I do have to acknowledge...the last time I was here and very pro/anti on a high draft pick QB I was desperate for them to take Alex Smith and specifically NOT Rodgers...ugh

Hoping some instagram massagist start sending lawsuits to Mac Jones before the draft. Or anything else to keep this scrub away from the 49ers.

That's my Wish too...but I think it's going to be Jones though.

Mitch Trubisky, Sam Darnold, RG3. All those will look like genius picks compared to trading up for this worthless bum

So we are going with a cocky version of Eli Manning.... it could still work if we keep the defense elite. Would have been nice to see a potential superstar QB but I cannot say that the ball control formula has not worked in the recent past.

This is depressing... maybe they can convince Shanahan to go Lance
