I'm starting to feel for the kid. If we do draft him he's gonna get booed hard and I bet some niner fans are hoping he fails so they can be proven right. It's getting to the point now where I hope we get him and he balls the f**k out to prove us all wrong.

I tried watching the Dodgers game today and couldn't get past 6 innings lol. So freaking boring.

yeah I'll just be extremely angry and hope for the best, I won't be expecting anything more than what we already had and I would imagine Lynch/kyle would be gone in 2 to 3 yrs. obviously would love to be wrong.

Oh no doubt. Some people are so dug into their position that they'd be openly hoping for this guy to fail if the 49ers draft him. It's ugly now when people only think he is a possibility. This site might go down for a week if he's the pick.

My primary issues with Jones;
-one season of production
-played on an all star team, unless he goes to Dallas or Tampa, possibly Carolina, he will have a step down in talent at WR and RB
-played behind the highest rated OL in FBS
-limited athletic traits.
-weakest arm of top 5.

Stop the Tom Brady stuff. I would have rather just taken the best player at 12. If we gonna trade 2 years of first round picks, it wouldn't be for a guy that sat behind 2 other more talented quarterbacks, learned the offense and was able to distribute the ball quickly to 3 first round wr's. Not judging Kyle, he's smart.
But sometimes love makes no sense. Never gonna like the pick. I'll try to have hope.

It's funny to me how everyone is losing their s**t over something they have no control over.

I know everyone has their "draft crush," but if you believe in the coach, then you should be comfortable with whomever they pick. The truth is all of these QBs are overhyped/flawed, even Lawrence.

For all we know, Zach Wilson is who they're hoping for and they're trying to bait the Jets into trading out or picking a different QB.

At least people have a month to get used to the idea before draft night. Could you have imagined if we traded up and drafted him on draft night? He is not the first highly picked Qb who will have to go through this. It will be annoying though, hearing him getting bashed for months before he even gets the chance to prove them right or wrong.
