they've been working on a trade since February, they were never in the Mac market...

The Panthers/Jets trade may have seemedto have come out of nowhere—but the truth is the teams had been chipping away at it for quite some time. Carolina first broached the topic of a deal for Sam Darnold with the Jets in mid-February, a couple weeks after a very strong bid for Matthew Stafford fell through

Pretty much...I'll I've been saying is people need to take all the media stuff (before the facts come out) with a massive grain of salt are this time of yr. no one "leaking" anything should be taking as truthful.

like Albright said, media for whatever reason keeps saying Jones. he's hearing Lance...so it's probably fields lol. 🙃

He said SF was also interested in Sam before they traded up to 3.

Barrows said after the draft last yr that he knows for certain that SF was gonna take Clyde Edwards-Helaire at 31 if they stayed put.

Our Head Coach and GM both go together to watch Mac Jones have his second pro day. On the same day, Fields is holding his one and only pro day. But people who like Mac Jones are trying to hard to connect dots? But Kyle said he would try to set up something to watch other Qbs throw. Something we have not heard anything about since. I feel like Kyle could come out tell you straight up he was taking Mac Jones, and Mac haters would say it was a smokescreen. But we are the delusional ones?
