This is what fascinates me so much about this pick. There's risk involved no matter who they pick.

There's always risk with every player, even Lawrence. Kyle has been around football his whole life. He's been around every type of quarterback from hall of famer like Elway to busts like RGIII. At this point we have to trust him, scouts and front office to make the right decision. Personally I like Fields, his physical tools remind me of Mahomes when he was drafted. But if Mac is choice I'll be just as pumped.

He does every thing else as good as TB12 can you imagine once he gets his body in as good as shape as Brady?

The things he and Kyle can do in this offense with someone with the mental traits like Mac.

Kyle/Mac next Tom/Bill or Sean/Brees. How can you not love it

I think he's just a responsible for Bosa, Warner, Deebo, Aiyuk, etc and the no name RB's that have become very productive. He's earned a bit of trust. Plus he also made RGIII look decent.

I think the press conference if Mac Jones is drafted could be quite something.
Kyle was a little bit irritated at the audacity a reporter had to ask him about his love for Cousins.
Imagine what would happen if someone asks why Mac and not Fields or Lance? Kyle would probably be full passive agressive condescending.^^

Well if mac is indeed the guy he better get ready for heavy criticism and a super uphill battle for Mac to win people over. He literally has to be damn near perfect right away or fans will riot once they see lance and Fields pulling off amazing plays.
