I don't think many people would argue about your first statement. The real question is whether, in 2021, that is enough to be drafted as the #3 overall pick. The game has changed and if you have listened to Kyle's interviews, it seems clear that he understands that.

We don't see QB's that range this much of the QB positional traits spectrum in a 5 year span. We are getting just about the full QB spectrum at each of the positional traits highest level in the first 5 QBs this year.

If he was entitled, he would have left Bama to go to Baylor and start. Nah, he stuck around and learned from high end prospects and practiced vs the best.

I'd say the chances that all 5 become legit NFLers is zero. Which means some team(s) are going to be drafting a straight up bust. Please not the 49ers. Although whichever QB gets drafted by SF has by far the best environment to succeed in. If I was Lawrence I would consider making a video of myself in a bong mask hoping I drop to #3 .

Not everyone comes from the same household either...not everyone has a family of lawyers and pro tennis players. No everyone gets to go to QB camps all their life. Some of these dudes HAVE to play now and get into the NFL just to help with their families.
