Nobody said or is saying that.

Ever find it interesting that you actually feel you know better than Kyle for things you'd LIKE to see on the team (like preference of more capital spent on Olinemen,...1-5)....

But for things you don't particularly care for (like athletic QBs),...you quickly divert to "Kyle and his system knows best" when all else fails?

Interesrting back and forth between the two sides,...lol. But carry on....

No, because Kyle has a clear and proven history of not prioritizing pass protection despite wanting a pocket passer. He also has been here 5 off seasons and hasn't brought in one single mobile QB (whether mobile to scramble behind the LOS to pass or mobile to run if the primary read isn't there).

That said, I'm just not invested one way or another because I do know, like with the proven evidence above, he'll get the most out of whomever he picks.

And I'm not saying I don't understand your take either. Believe me, I get it!

Not according to what kyle has said the past 6 months

I'll stick to his actions up to this stage of his tenure here for now. Once he reverses it, I'll happily buy in to his words on the matter going forward.

He likes to run the ball. That involves prioritizing run blocking,...something he has a proven history of.

Does he not know what works best for his system then too (Run blockers > Pass Blockers)....??

I mean,...when is the "Kyle knows best" card valid to be played,...and when is it not?

There is literally a guy in this thread positively referring to him as rainman lol.

So we take what one guy says and pass it off as the general opinion or consensus?

Totally agreed.

That card will apply once Kyle finally gets his hand picked QB in this draft. Then we'll have a baseline for what he really wants vs. what he's played with or acquired.
In case anyone wants to listen for themselves.

I didn't say it was the consensus. Nothing positive that is being said about Jones is a consensus or even majority opinion. You said that nobody was saying it, but that is false.

Which is what draft CJ beathard? You'd hope he would evolve like he did at WR all the same...truthfully I just think you want Jones. I mean it's okay just just admit it.

Yeah definitely NOT the same thing he said like a week ago. Like Rap and sliver have said in the past couple days as well...then backpedaled...basically we actually have no clue who they're taking and we're basing everything off people who think they know what kyle wants, NOT actual reporting/legit sources.

I agree with you, so many are raving about his processing, which is great, but it's much easier to do when you've sat and learnt like he had the chance to.

Last week he literally chuckled and said it was Mac. This week he said it's still Mac. The only difference is, of course they still are and should keep an open mind and respect that process until the very last second. They owe that to themselves.

No, it's being in personnel control and not bringing in a single athletic profile QB in 5 off seasons (to date).
