Exactly. Any team willing to move big assets to get Wilson should just add some more and get Watson.

If Seattle is open to listening why wouldn't Saleh and Douglas be interested? Russ is top 5 QB in this league despite being 32. Houston isn't even willing to listen to offers for Watson. Can't trade for someone who isn't available.

Wilson would be a huge get for the Jets and requires no selling to the fanbase. It makes them relevant again.

Jets would have to give up significant assets, including the #2 pick as well as a large chunk of cap space ..all at the start of their rebuild...for a QB on the wrong side of 30. If they had a more competitive roster, I could see it happening, but not at year 1 of a rebuild.
