Good. Darnold doesn't make sense given the good pick it would take. Knowing Watson is highly unlikely, our two best options are to either trade up a few spots if Fields or Lance are sitting there. Or more then likely add go OL, CB, or Edge at 12 then grab Mond or Mills in the 3rd.

If Seattle is open to listening why wouldn't Saleh and Douglas be interested? Russ is top 5 QB in this league despite being 32. Houston isn't even willing to listen to offers for Watson. Can't trade for someone who isn't available.

Wilson would be a huge get for the Jets and requires no selling to the fanbase. It makes them relevant again.

Jets would have to give up significant assets, including the #2 pick as well as a large chunk of cap space ..all at the start of their rebuild...for a QB on the wrong side of 30. If they had a more competitive roster, I could see it happening, but not at year 1 of a rebuild.

It's year two of the rebuild for Douglas and you can't punt on the chance to get a true FQB (and one who is top 5 QB) if there is an opportunity. They might not have this same opportunity down the road. They have the capital both financially speaking and draft wise to be able to afford such a move and still be able to add more talent to their roster.

LOL I remember reading that Pete Carroll wasn't a fan of Russell Wilson coming out of the draft because he was tiny. Carroll is a size queen; he likes big, physical players. Sam Darnold ain't good, but he looks the part. Go for it, Pete.

I think Darnold needs some coaching and he could take off. Teddy has no ceiling and Tru has shown enough that he will not take a team too far.

I think Darnold would flourish here. He kinda reminds me of Stafford-lite. Get him outta New York and he won't be the thing that holds this team back. But I'd rather get the O-line taken care of before anything else.
