Shouldn't have traded him, maybe.🤔

Darnold plus all of our picks plus drafting Micah Parsons at #12 is sounding pretty good right about now.

Rashawn Slater @ 12 sounds better

would have been a great pick!

Good coaching + talented roster + decent Qb, will translate to success, 9 times out of 10. We're seeing that right now be with QB's like, Stafford and Darnold. All they needed was to be put In a better situation where they would have a chance of succeeding and now they are finally winning games with their new teams.. Coincidence? 🤔 I think not.

Which is another example of why using team record to evaluate a QB makes no logical sense.

It's funny how having decent players around you and a better organization can make you look so much better. I seem to recall a lot of people calling him garbage when he was with the Jets. If he was playing in SF he would look even better.

Most of the QBs that come into the NFL probably have the tools to be a successful QB if they are surrounded by good players or get good coaching. Then you have the other side with guys like Stafford who have all the tools to be great and get stuck on a dung heap like Detroit.

and not one of the will eat their crow

I think if darnold was here he'll probably look like a Jimmy 2.0, maybe not as effective but can still get the job done.

Man, who would have thought the 49ers might have dodged a bullet having Tomsula instead of Gase….?

He's looked good so far I'll give him that. But the Jets and Texans suck, the Saints was a good win but they have a huge test coming up in Dallas so we'll see. And if I'm being honest, Darnold and Carolina's schedule is a cake walk compared to San Francisco's.

Plus he looked bad against the Texans, missing a wide open Dj Moore for an easy TD and those turnover worthy plays are always so laughable. He's still very bad under pressure but lucky to have those wrs around him to bail him out

... and you think same WRs would rather have CAM or BRIDGE ??
Well at least he's a good running back......sometimes . But again, holding the ball too long and those turnovers define his whole career even with great receivers now. Yeah, I'm sure people are really going to eat crow now

Looks like trash vs the Dallas secondary.

he played okay, made some good plays at times. he's definitely not the bum some people made him out to be though. and that's a good Cowboys team.

btw, see how it works guapo? see how i didn't get all worked up and cry for 5 straight paragraphs about "stocking" (how you like to call it) and spam mods emojis? we can have convos without getting overly upset.

It works great as long as you don't incite and troll and talk s**t like you constantly do. Acting like you're an angel because you made one decent post means nothing. So if you keep it up and don't get out of pocket and be a good little boy, we won't have any problems going forward. But of course that's like asking a whore not to f for money

Darnold is who he is. A turnover machine who is bad under pressure but I'm sure he will do a lot better with those wrs and eventually the best rb in the game. I hope he does well bc that team would be dangerous with a good qb. So we need to hope he does just well enough so they don't get Watson or Wilson or Rogers
Nothing special about him, imho. USC trash...
