As his immediate future is still, so far as I can tell, unsure, throwing 3 first round picks plus at the Texans would be somewhere between desperate and idiotic.

Sounds like the teams very interested in him (Panthers, Denver, Philly, Miami) have done a ton of homework on the civil suit. Ultimately it will end up in him having to pay off whomever, most likely a suspension of some sort, and back to football.

Philly has 3 1sts just next yr, Miami obviously has all our picks plus theirs...Someone will throw a massive amount of compensation at the Texans.

Just what I said, somewhere between desperate and idiotic, Panthers, Denver, Philly and Miami!

Texans if they draft and coach up right can fix their team real quick especially in a division that's that can go either way every year with the massive haul some stupid team is going to give up. Thank god we drafted Lance and got out this mess, don't have to hear about you gotta give up Bosa and Warner bs anymore and constant refreshing lol
They just put him on the trade block. Which is basically saying that these allegations are probably true, at least some are.

I doubt any team offers more than a 1st and some conditional picks.

So late in the trade game and with a high ransom sounds like they don't really want to trade him
Trade Jimmy G for him.

Sounds like Watson doesn't want a non disclosure after the civil suit is done (paid off)usually that doesn't happen. Sounds like he wants to tell his side of the story after everything is done.

IMO he will be traded before the season starts. Philly makes a ton of sense. They have 3 1sts just in next yrs draft alone and have taken on questionable high end talents in the past.
Yea Philly seems like a good landing spot

I hope he goes to Philly bc if he goes to Denver they will be a top team in the nfl and if he's with the Eagles that will not be as much the case imo
So they want 5 high round or starters in return for Watson, imagine had we given up 12, 2022 & 2023 1st, plus Warner & Bosa for him? Hell No, I'd have been super pissed.

That's why they want...its not what they are going to get especially with his legal woes

I know, no one's gonna give them what they want, especially if the allegations end up true or anywhere near what's been reported. I wouldn't touch him, the 49ers were smart to stand pat, and do the deal to get Lance, he's the future, yes Watson in Kyle's offense would be scary, but I think Lance makes more sense, cheaper, younger.

I think Philly would be better with Watson than Denver would be.
