Yeah it's rediculous that he could do all that and still get the most guaranteed money in NFL history. Even if he is not guilty of the charges he was accused of, At best he is still a creep. It would be kike a team giving Antonio Brown a 5 year deal worth $125 Million with most of it guaranteed.

This was a huge desperation move by the Browns. He rejected them, and then Baker flipped them off and they panicked. They just blurted out "Wait! 230 million, all guaranteed!!" and Watson was like "Where do I sign?"
