I dont think hes gonna take the Broncos job. They gonna be poo for the next couple years. He has better opportunities elsewhere
Most openings are going to suck. I guess having Russell Wilson potentially rebound could be the best head start of the jobs available. Colts have no QB, Panthers have no
QB, Texans have no QB, Saints have no QB, Cardinals have the overpaid Kyler mess, etc. Hopefully he doesn't fall for the "Im going to be the savior to my former team and bring a SB to Houston" emotional trap.

Yes, let's keep the production line going. The continuity has led to great growth. Not a time for a change.

Is Denver really going to be that quick about grabbing another one of our DCs for a Head Coaching gig when the last one they tried failed?
I don't think they are going for a defensive minded coach this time. I think they are going to try to find an offensive minded coach that can somehow fix Russell Wilson. Don't think it will work though, but they have to try something.
That would be best for Denver because they are stuck with Wilson. Also, Fangio technically wasn't our guy when they hired him. But for that mess Denver is in, the absolutely need a proven play caller. He isn't a hot name, but I wonder if Frank Reich gets some sniffs.

I agree, they already have a pretty decent defense in place all they really need is a QB. There's gonna be an okay market for a QB, maybe sign Jimmy to jump start your coaching career.
They've been needing a QB for several years and thus far their GM hasn't appeared to know what a quality one looks like.
If it was me, I'd take the Houston job, get one of the best QB prospects of the past few years in Bryce Young and build up the defense and OL like Kyle did when coming to the 49ers. Even have Young sit as a rookie, letting Davis Mills and whoever else take the brunt of the hits while building the roster.
Carolina is the most appealing to me. Clearly they have some fight, are in a terrible division (as is Houston), and though they may draft too low to get a top QB, they have some draft capital to work with, and could potentially just sign Jimmy. Houston on the other hand is more like the 49ers when Kyle got here, maybe slightly more talent. I will say they have a backup of the future in Davis Mills, which may not seem like a big deal, but really is a big deal. They have a guy that they can play until they find the real guy. There's also Indy.

Double his salary and keep him. Also, If I'm Kyle and John, I am already grooming his replacement....Should not be caught flat footed on this one...a long time coming.
DeMeco is as good as gone. He stayed on an extra year to prepare (wise move by him), but I can't see him being here another year. If it happened, great for us and shame on the NFL. But doubling his salary isn't going to stop this train from coming.
