I find Meco doing this like he has this week very disrespectful to the 49ers. Go to AZ and get your ass kicked twice a year by the team you cut your coaching teeth with.

The organization that lied to him about his injuries when he was playing there. The team that's fired two black coaches after only giving them 1 year to prove what they can do. That's a job you use to get a bigger contract offer

Yep. Though i would love to hear the contract terms to protect oneself.
I said in a thread somewhere half my money would be in the first 2 years. And my last year would be dirt cheap, or negotiate no offset language.
