He was a good DC and I hope he does well in Houston. Not exactly a great organization so I don't expect to see much right away. Everyone said Saleh was ready and he went to a better situation. After 2 years they still aren't in the playoffs let alone a SB. DeMeco's biggest job will be building a coaching staff. He'll find out he's only as good as his assistants and players.

Unbelievable: The #Broncos spent today trying to hire DeMeco Ryans AGAIN today before he recommitted to the #Texans, sources say. When he agreed to terms with the Texans, they moved and finalized Sean Payton.

I´m super sad to see DeMeco leave. He has been phenomenal as DC. Great human being.
I hope it will work for him at Houston. Good choice IMHO. Cap space + ton of draft picks. Maybe he will have the possibility to build his team around Bryce Young.
