To be fair people said the same kind of things when we hired Kyle. The state we were in then and the state the Texans are in now is probably pretty similar, hence why both Kyle and DeMeco both got 6 year deals upon being hired.

If that happens we should do one of the following IMO in no particular order.

1. Bring back Joe Woods, he was the Secondary coach during the 2019 Super Bowl run.

2. Elevate Daniel Bullocks to coach the entire Secondary, not just the Safeties.

3. If Vic is the choice to replace DeMeco, then let him bring his guy Ed Donnatel back as DB coach.

I'm surprised he took the Texans job, I remember reading about a report a few weeks ago about how they did him wrong when he was a player and stuff like that. Guess money talks lol..... Anywho good luck Demeco.

Thanks Demeco, exceeded all expectations.

He deserved a proper job though, I know he played there, but he should know that ownership group is poisonous and therefore the job practically unachievable.

Watch them pass on Bryce Young for another QB with different "attributes".
