He had Miami at least one full year ahead of schedule this season. I think the slander against Kyle in the first 4-5 weeks was a reach. But I think McDaniel will have a long successful career of his own.
Also, I'm glad Kyle is getting credit nationally now for all of these assistant coaches. The whole concept that it was "Sean McVay's" guys was preposterous.

The league has independent spotters as well so it can't just be on the Dolphins... but they do own a big part of the blame here too from what little we know.
